Hi I am writing to share my experience I had in Billabong Pacific Fair on Friday. It Was beyond exceptional. I was greeted by the friendliest employee (he had a beard and dark hair) He was so helpful by showing all the different styles in the print I liked and I felt went above and beyond to make my experience easier. I then went home and told my housemate of the great experience AND would you believe she knew exactly the employee I was talking about as she had been there the week before and had also noticed how helpful and kind he was. Now this is my first ever google review so know that I don't just throw these around willy nilly I just genuinely thought this guy and the store deserved the mention 10/10 will shop again!

went in the other day, GREAT service and selection of clothes
A funky Billabongshop in the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.. They stock men's and women's clothing, swimmers, beach wear, shoes and accessories. Their prices are reasonable and they have great specials every now and then. We purchased some t shirts from here last week, the staff were lovely and chatty and they provided great customer service.
Love their clothes but the winter collection was a bit drab for my liking. Service was exceptional.
