Rooms were absolutely disgusting... looked like the place hadnt been updated for two decades!!! There was dust and stuff everywhere... and for the price its safe to say i was very disappointed!!!

We rented a 3bedroom unit through Air BNB, Unit 3F. We had the worst experience and ended our trip early as the unit was unclean and unhygienic.The unit had not been cleaned and was full of mould and thick dust. The pillows and blankets smelt and when we complained about that the Manager confirmed the bedding hadn't been washed and we were sleeping in bedding used by last guests. He didn't think there was anything wrong with that.My son woke up with red bites all over his arm. Green fungi on the shower head, crumbs all over the couch, floors hadn't been mopped ,sticky surfaces, unclean oven, spilt stuff in the inside of cupboards. Pubic hair on the bedside table and inside the drawer and on a soap the last guest left. Fans thick with dust. Mould on the chair, curtains etc. Dirty smoke butts all over the balcony. Totally disgusting and unhygienic.Poor communication with Managers.Do yourself a favour and don't book at The Arc Resort. Would never stay there again.
Convenient, yet quiet location in Broadbeach. Well appointed accommodation... including pool and spa, good garaging, apartments with good relaxing views over Broad waters.

For the price we paid per night, the accomodation was poor. The tv didn't work we could only get sound and no picture. Both showers didnt work properly. The range hood was broken and the ceiling fan knobs were broken. We didnt recieve our welcome basket of mini toiletries or tea, coffee, sugar, washing detergent or washing powder that said would be provided. The quilt covers were stained and gross and all the rooms were pretty grubby and weren't clean. We were there 4 days and not once did the room get cleaned or the towels, toilet paper etc be replaced. Thank you for the accomodation but we wont be returning to stay at the Arc Resort.
Although the facility's outside were great and well maintained, and the quite location. And yes awesome views of lights the major let down is nothing inside the unit is nice except the amount of room to move. When you find lolly wrapers, used bandaids, hair left in bathrooms from previous tenants makes this very unpleasant for the money we paid. I have stayed here before and it was quite a pleasant stay. But you guys really need to change cleaners, replace floor coverings, actually wipe dirty marks, dust and spills off of furniture replace the old beds and dirty bedding. Was not pleasant at all and doubt I will return. So much for a birthday away.
While the apartment was of a decent size the rooms were shabby needing a paint and the carpet old and stained.
Always friendly and helpful with larger groups using multiple rooms. Cost effective for group events
