Hired a venturer plus- great to drive: great fuel economy: huge bed but if your tall you fight for the gap in the middle. Seems I got it at a bargain price too. Shower and loo a bit of a squeeze but nice to have loo for when you have to be self contained. Had everything we needed including bedding. Great to have cooking options outside. check your tires- one of ours was very low on tread - but there is roaming service/ breakdown service Will hire again if I can get bargain price again!

We hired a Toyota HiAce 4 Berth (Voyager) for a week and picked up from the Melbourne office. The staff were very professional and polite. The van was clean, easy to drive, had a reversing camera, fridge, stove, everything we needed. We really enjoyed it, will be booking again.

First time traveling in a camper van and it was wonderful. The van was very comfortable had everything we needed. We kept the bed made up and used the small table at the front of the vehicle turning the front seats around for eating and having a cuppa I would definitely recommend this way of traveling

Easy pick up and explanation of the van! Van was brand new - only 8000 km on the clock! Easy to drive - very comfortable home for the two of us. Only complaint was the bed - too short and not very comfortable. We had a great time and will hire again soon.

Our family are seasoned campers, but you don't need to be when hiring a camper. All the basics (and a fair few luxuries as well) are all included which means we were able to set off on our road trip adventure with minimum fuss, and maximum excitement. It allowed us the freedom to explore areas we'd never visited before, plotting our way across the rural small towns and plugging in from time to time to recharge the batteries. The staff were friendly and helpful guiding us through the bells and whistles included in the 6 berth van and clearly understood the thrill of adventure and making memories with the family. Definitely looking forward to doing it all again.

Overall, the experience from booking, hiring and dropping off the van was okay. We rented the 4 Berth Voyager, even though we were 2 people as we wanted space. The top bunker mattress was alright, the bottom one was absolutely atrocious. It felt like you were sleeping on rocks. There was also something off with the water system, so we emptied the water everyday else as it started to reek after a few hours. The online booking system is archaic and not user friendly. I had to make multiple calls as information wasn't presented in a coherent manner. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Britz, you have the potential to be better: focus on customer experience, upgrade your booking system and have comfortable mattresses - there is nothing worse being on holiday and not being able to sleep comfortably! Also, it would be helpful to include an after hours drop off map referencing where to park and drop the keys!

Seamless pick up and drop off, rented the hi-top van for 12 days and it had everything we needed for a trip around Victoria. The only issue was the faucet leaked extensively where we had to call to get a plumber sent out to us which held us up for half a day on our trip. It could have been easily taken care of before the van was rented out to us. Otherwise we had no issues.

We absolutely loved our first campervan experience through the Barossa Valley. The van was easy to drive and super comfortable. Customer service was outstanding every time we called... we called so many times asking various questions before our holiday. The staff were always helpful and lovely.
