Great location, close to Portside and Racecourse Road! Walking distance to Eat Street Markets and Bretts Wharf! Amazing and friendly neighbours! Highly reccommend to anyone!

Excellent place to stay. Lived there for 7.5 months while studying at Aviation Australia, excellent place for students from Aviation Australia to stay also as it's about a 7min drive to school. Excellent price on rooms for accommodation for students and workers, wifi is fast and strong with NBN, no down time on wifi. Property manager Kevin is excellent and very fair any problem resolved promptly and very easy to approach. Always a parking spot and parking is cctv secured. Close to metro Woolies and portside warf, 24/7 woolies is also just up the road 5 min drive and DFO. Not loud at night and everyone is very respectful and nice. Very safe area to live and has excellent cafes up the main Street of Hamilton and at portside warf. Good Friday and Saturday night food at eat street only a small way up the road. Could not recommended staying here enough, and for the excellent price and access to amenities and other activities. Can honestly not recommend enough was very happy in my stay and would so so again :)
결론부터 얘기하면 정말 너무너무너무 좋았습니다! 호주에서 1년동안 이 곳에서 생활했는데 불편한 점이 하나도 없었어요. 이 가격에 절대 살 수 없는 곳이에요. 시티에서는 찾을 수 없는 가격과 방 크기였고, 햇빛까지 잘 드는 아늑하고 편안한 공간입니다. 방마다 냉장고, 침대, 책상, 옷장, 싱크대 등등 필요한 가구들이 다 있었고 혼자 살기에 정말 완벽했어요! 다른 방 분들과 공용으로 사용하는 주방과 휴게실도 있었는데 매일매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셔서 사용할 때마다 기분이 좋았던 기억이 나네요. 일년동안 다른 세입자 분들과도 가깝게 지냈는데 다들 보고싶어요ㅠㅠ 특히 아파트 매니저님? 집주인님? 께서 엄청 친절하시고 유쾌하시고 편하게 생활할 수 있도록 여러모로 많이 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다 (절대 잔소리 안하시고 도움 요청할 때만 도와주시는...최고의 집주인) 주변에 맛집과 예쁜 카페들도 많이 있고, Woolworth 마트도 가까이 있어서 장 보는것도 편했어요! 또 시티랑도 가깝고 공항과도 가깝기 때문에 정말 좋은 위치인 것 같아요. 정말 좋았던 점들이 너무 너무 많네요! 호주에 가게 된다면, 꼭 이 곳에서 생활하셨으면 좋겠습니다. 잊지못할 추억들을 많이 가지고 왔네요. 지금은 한국에 돌아왔지만, 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다️
I used to stay in this place The owner of the house was fantastic!! You probably will not meet this kinda of landlords in Australia ( super nice ) Every time we had maintenance issues ( he came to fix right away ) Supermarkets and restaurants are walking distance ( 5-10 mins ) 我曾經住過這裡 這個房東非常非常親切 房子裡面有廚房可以方便準備食物 住客也非常好 附近很多餐廳跟超市走路五到分鐘就到 完全不用買車 很方便 호주에 온 이후 여러 곳에 살아 봤지만 그 중에 최고가 어디였냐고 묻는다면 전 주저없이 이곳을 손꼽을 겁니다. 방을 렌트하다보면 제일 중요한 것이 가격대비 시설의 수준 이겠지만 그것과 또 상관없이 건물주가 어떠냐 하는 것도 매우 중요합니다. 한마디로 정말 친절합니다. 쓸데없는 잔소리 같은 거 없습니다. 시설도 깔끔하구요. 위치가 브리즈번에서 제일 비싼 동네 중 하나 라는 건 그만큼 시티와의 접근성이나 안전도가 높다는 얘기죠. 적극 추천합니다
