Absolutely fantastic experience !!! From the moment we walked In we were looked after! It took 40 years to coax my mother to get a new prosthetic leg after some bad experience ! I would love to thank Kim, Michael and the wonderful team at BPO for changing my mums life! 40 years of pain and suffering finally gone.....how can we ever thank someone for that??? I recently visited as a support person for my uncle and was very impressed by the service received. I'm making a point to leave this review because I'm told they're now under new management and the team has changed. My journey with BPO has been over 10 years. I highly recommend the staff’s efforts and extra mile taken with so many variables involved with patient care. All employees are very much front-line with wholesome caring in administering unique technical skills in building prosthetics for people who may have ongoing sensitive issues and emotional scaring from trauma related injuries. The guys at BPO are awesome. Kim’s knowledge and passion in the area is amazing and I am much looking forward to what the future holds working together. The girls at reception are always lovely and welcoming, and never fail to send an appointment reminder. I am very grateful for what the guys over at BPO have done for me, from helping me navigate the NDIS to creating the leg of my dreams and everything in between, the experience has been flawless.
