After seven years of less than satisfactory service from two different pool shops in my area I called up these guys after finding them online about some various options and prices. I was immediately impressed by Richard's knowledge and willingness to help me even though I was a completely random person calling out of the blue so we ended up getting his team to do the pump replacement I needed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The service technician who came out knew his stuff and did the job with care and made sure everything was right before he left. This is completely unlike other shops we have used who have young kids that are just keen to get in and out, in fact we had come to think that this was the norm for pool shops. Richard had given him a full briefing before he attended site which had never happened with others and an absolute mess of pipe work was fixed to be tidy and efficient and it was even better than the original installation done when we bought the house. I will now travel ten minutes further than the shops in my areas to get tests and equipment just because the knowledge and service is far superior to anywhere else we have been. If you have any doubts about where you are currently getting your pool service then you won’t regret contacting Richard, even if it is out of your immediate location. Richard is upfront and honest about what you need for your pool and there is no dodgy sales tactics going on here so you won’t have to worry about being sold stuff you don’t need if you don’t understand the ins and outs of pools. I wish I had found these guys years ago.

Richard and the team are honest and helpful. They made purchasing a breeze especially for an expensive Dolphin pool cleaner worth around 2k. I have utmost respect for what they do and will always use their services and trust thier advice. Well done guys.

Look no further, call Pool and Spa Gurus.... In utter desperation to find a pool service company with an approach based on honesty and thoughtfulness for the pool owner, I took to Google and came across Pool and Spa Gurus; so glad I did. Richard and Craig are hands on owners, who are incredibly experienced in this industry, they are trustworthy, kind, considered and reliable. I drive 12kms and past other pool service stores (previously let down by) when in need of testing and supplies, as I know I will only be buying what I absolutely need and what is best for my pool and family. As a single mum lacking expertise in pool care, Richard and Craig have been incredibly helpful to me, no question has been too silly to ask and they have been so generous with their time in customer service. Highly recommend Pool and Spa Gurus.

Arrogant and worst of all no idea what he was talking about. I believe he was the manager, expensive as hell, won’t be back!
