A big shout out to Josiah, who works at the pet store. He was super helpful and very knowledgable about reptiles and what was needed to care for them. He steered me in the right direction, saved a lot of cost, and found me the perfect snake all whilst being very polite, professional, and efficient. He's a good lad and I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for a reptile exclusively because of him. Well done that, young man.

The staff are very helpful and they have an amazing amount of choice. Much better than the one in Stafford Road, also much easier for me to get to wih parking in the back Street. Will certainly be getting all my new little rescue dog 's requirements from there in future!
Rachel (the manager) is so lovely and so helpful! she managed to help me get my dream snake and she picked out the sweetest cutest little one! so happy! The only negative experience that I have is that2 staff members told me some incorrect information about where to place the heat mat for my snake. I am a new snake owner so I asked them where to put the heat mat and they told me that it has to go inside of the terrarium and to put the substrate on top of it, so I did but it didn't seem right as the terrarium lid did not close properly because of the cable, so I talked to a staff member from Pet City and she told me that it is actually very dangerous to put a heat meat inside the terrarium as it may lead to my snake burning itself and it is a fire hazard.
Doesn't even deserve a star. Wouldn't exchange or refund a product that was FAULTY, and cost me almost 200..Staff were rude and told me they couldn't do anything cause it was the weekend. Never going back and also told all my friends and family never to go back. Also will be putting up on Social Media. Very DISAPPOINTED AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!
Will give more stars once I see more pets there. Understand atm current situation would be the issue. Got plenty of advice and knowledge about wanting to purchase a snake in the near future. Didnt catch lads name but was able to answer all my questions. Thanks guys hope to see you in November when you get snakes in
