We have not yet installed our new dishwasher so are unable to comment on that as it is still in it's box, however, we were really happy with the service we received from Brisbane Home Appliances. It was a pleasure purchasing from this company, the delivery driver was very friendly and did all the heavy lifting. We will be returning to Brisbane Home Appliances for our next appliance purchase. Thanks so much to everyone involved.

They've been suggested by my best friend and I just went there to see if they have got what I need. They've been really helpful and truly friendly. They are not pushy and you've got your time to have a look at whatever you want to. Highly recommended

We bought a second hand freeze here for a lot less than a new one. There was a good range to choose from and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the freezer running for a few weeks now without any issues. They also sell fridges, dishwashers and washing machines etc. I'd definitely buy from hear again.
My experience with Brisbane Home Appliances was pretty bad. I had initially bought a refurbished refrigerator from them. The freezer turned out to not properly freeze and the fridge section was not cold. They replaced with another fridge of equal size with an added price and delivery fee. The fridge lasted a month before it completely failed. I was away at the time and the meat/meals in my freezer rotted. It caused a huge drama. If it was a one off I would not have written this review. However two fridges failing is unacceptable. It's better to buy from someone else second hand or just buy new. You will save money in the end and have less drama in your life. I would not recommend Brisbane Home Appliances. UPDATE - I had a call from BHA asking if they could pay me off to remove my review. Plus they had the images i had attached removed. This is not the actions of a decent business. I have re added the photos.
These beautiful people went above and beyond to make my Dad and myself feel welcome. They appreciated that my Dad is old school and didn't push anything onto him. He ended up with a lovely fridge and a Brand New air-conditioner. The fridge was delivered and installed by them. Very kind and considerate. Will definitely shop there again! The guy's at Brisbane Home Appliances gave me a good deal. They matched prices from another company and were cheaper on delivery prices. I would highly recommend this company.
I looked at two second hand appliance stores in the area, this store was the first of my trip. I regret wasting time at the second store. Very genuine & honest guy and I can tell he wants to make sure you get a good machine for what you can afford. A good machine no troubles for both you or the store. Everyone is happy. Fantastic customer service, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a second hand machine. I also appreciate that if anything were to go wrong, you can rely on Faizy to look after you, really trustworthy. I appreciate this as it was my first time buying my own washing machine by myself, I was a little bit nervous and don't like pushy sales people. Thank you again, in the future I'll come back when I can upgrade to a fancier model!
