Help Me With It was a digital disrupter in the social service and volunteering sectors. It was a new way to get help and help out. Its mission: connect individuals who need help to do one-off tasks with individuals who can volunteer their time to fix, clean, care, shop, transport, garden, sort, teach and more. The peer-to-peer platform was supported by CUA and Australia Post. After several years of positive outcomes for hundreds of our members, from 2018 we could no longer financially support connections. In March 2018, Help Me With It’s intellectual property (our platform) was transferred to the Australian Red Cross.
