Jo is amazing with dogs but also with humans! She gave me so much confidence and encouragement with my mini poodle. Jo is exceptionally generous with her time, tips and training. She has a beautifully humane and sensible approach to developing the relationship between the owner and their dog. I can't recommend her highly enough

Jo has been amazing and helpful from the very first time we met her. She drove all the way up to North Lakes to meet us and gave us clear guidance. Nandi used to be very reactive on leash towards ANYTHING now we can walk her past kids / people / bicycles and traffic. She is even able to see other dogs across the street and ignore them! Without Jo I don't think would have been possible!
Jo was so amazing in helping settle our new 9wk old puppy, by training the whole family and not just the puppy she helped make us feel more confident especially coming from a loving cat family. It took on a whole new set of skills to make sure everyone plays nice Thank you Jo for your encouragement, support and confidence to help us establish the correct puppy training from the start.
Jo is awesome! One of our dogs is nervous/anxious/reactive and Jo isn’t phased by her in the slightest. We tend to experience negativity from the vet etc about our dog but we always get the loveliest texts and photos from Jo, she has endless patience and understanding and gives Lily the space she needs to be comfortable. It makes a huge difference to the parents of a ‘special’ dog
Jo worked wonders with our energetic little puppy and her interactions with our dog were so positive and reward based. We have also taken advantage of Jo’s doggy daycare and Jo sent us regular videos and photos of Zoey. When we got back Zoey didn’t want to leave. Jo is totally professional and delivers a quality service.
Jo is the best pet sitter! I cannot recommend her enough. Our dogs absolutely love her and they get so spoilt. The added bonus is that they would always come home better behaved than when we dropped them off. Jo went above and beyond for us and our dogs recently when we moved overseas making sure they were well looked after, taking them to their vet appointments and dropping them off before their flights. She treated them with the utmost care, as if they were her own. Thanks Jo for everything you did for us and our furbabies over the years!

I would HIGHLY recommend Jo Normand. She was amazing with our Chief. She was full of great advice, tips AND tricks when it came to handling our boy.
