Very BAD. I ordered goods on November 17th 2020 and they were not delivered by DHL tracking shows to 4 Dec2020. Supplier replaced goods and consigned on 6th January at his expense, now 6th February and still not delivered. Both time have been told to contact supplier, and that tracking is nogt specific to my parcel.

Seriously, no one is answering the phone for a good 2-hour period on Monday afternoon? Something is wrong with your office given the nature of forwarding business.

I was at work when I got the text message saying the parcel could not be delivered because I wasn't home. Within 2 minutes, I was on the phone to a very slack DHL representative, who said the parcel could not be delivered to my work. Instead, it would he sent to a parcel locker I'd never heard from. I wasn't happy, the parcel was a sensitive document and I didn't want it going somewhere I didn't know. There was no other option. None. At. All. I had to take it, but she said the earliest delivery to this parcel locker was in 7 days time. At the time of this conversation, the driver would have been about 6 minutes from the new pickup spot, but I have to wait a week for a very sensitive, important document to float around a DHL service site with incompetent staff, before I can get to it. I am completly disgusted with DHL

Noticing the last unfair review as I went to track a shipment I am compelled to provide some true balance. DHL Global Forwarding as a consolidated freight service is professional and fast. We use them every few weeks for air freight from China to UK, Australia and New Zealand. Even with shipments of hundreds of kilograms by air the shipments arrive within about 3 business days. For example my current shipment was collected in Shenzhen, China on Tuesday night and arrives into Brisbane, Australia this morning (Friday). Dealing with DHL Global Forwarding offices in the UK, China and Australia has easily been the best customer service experience I've received of a large company. I deal with friendly people who provide me with their direct phone/email. They always answer the phone or call/email back promptly, typically within hours. The personal connection means they take responsibility for my shipments from start to finish resolving any problems and answering questions. No wonder we have shipped with them hundreds of times since 2003.

Gave one star because I cant give a zero. DHL Express is good. But DHL global forwarding is worst shipping experience i have ever had.

"Card left - no one home" happened twice despite the fact that people were home and no card was left at a normal accessible residential address. Clearly not even attempting to deliver the package.
