I cannot recommend Dr. Matthew Worthington highly enough. Genuinely kind, patient and empathetic. No doubt he is very passionate about his work and will go above and beyond to assist. Highly educated, not only in his field but also has vast knowledge in relating areas. Exceeding my expectations, I will continue to work with Matthew towards better mental health.

I would recommend David Marshall to anyone that is trying to find a good psychologist who is really understanding and non judgmental. For years I have battled through some issues. I remember when I first walked in to the room ,Dr David made me feel very comfortable and was quickly able to identify the issues in my life and help me deal with my problems and made me feel at ease and less judged. He helped me bring the best person inside of me out The reception staff are friendly.... Highly recommend to anyone.

I had an incredible experience at BCC! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Dr. Matthew Worthington, also was consistent with this. I went for Trauma/bad anxiety hoping to get some relief. His approach is direct to the bodies anxiety response! After two sessions of learning his process and implementing his plan, I feel like a completely different person. 20 years of coping with anxiety gone in about a week...I put in very little effort and his tricks did the rest. If you have anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, or gut problems, go see Dr. Worthington! Stop coping with anxiety and actually live.

Dr Matthew Worthington is by far the most innovative psychologist I've come across - or any professional for that matter. For me personally, he has changed the way I perceive my own personal and business life and in doing so, has given me incredibly valuable insight to manage the exact same situations I would otherwise mismanage or cave to pressure/anxiety or depression. I am in this environment where I feel comfortable and completely immersed into his strategies and logic. Matthew simply is down to earth and authentic. I highly recommend Matthew to literally anybody, I know you will be able to gain some valuable resources to help tackle the issues you are facing.

I really enjoy working with Louise. She's very understanding, kind, supportive and encouraging - also easy to talk to, and has a wealth of interesting information about several other topics. I learn something new each week. I like how calm her voice is, too. This makes sessions easier. Louise has really helped me quite a lot through the use of EMDR - it's really quite astounding! The reception staff are very warm and welcoming, too - which is really nice when you go there weekly.

My wife and I met with David Marshall a number of times to address issues within our marriage. We both found David to be caring, understanding and non-judgemental. We really resonated with David’s sense of humour, whilst still being able to look at issues that we’ve struggled with for years. Personally, I feel that David has helped me to look within and facilitate real change with myself and my outlook in life. My wife and I would recommend any couple to David. Chris

The receptionist was not friendly and could not get me an appointment with a female counsellor. I was told I would need to wait up to 2 months for an appointment. It was just easier to go to another centre.
