Wow... what a great day I have had. I just completed the Chocolate Mudcake and cupcake 3 hour course and it was fabulous. Jackie is very professional informative and has a wicked sense of humour. Her cooking class kitchen is awesome - you all have your own equipment and work station. As well as tasting these delicious morsels, you get to take yours home with a cake pan, recipe and cake box - what more can you ask for! Thank you Jackie - highly recommend. end.
