Unprofessional bunch of people working for this company. I applied for a position in 2018, after clearing one on one and group assessment I progressed for final phone role play. After the final stage of interview I was told I will be notified with the outcome within one week. Days and weeks past I never heard back from them. After weeks of waiting I called their reception where I was told they have no idea about my interview outcome. After many emails their recruiter responded by saying my application was unsuccessful but they just forgot to notify me. Can't believe they don't have a courtesy to contact their candidates about their interview outcome. This shows they have no respect for people's time and effort! Please stay away from TSA group!

Worst organization I have ever worked for. Poor pay, poor support and poorly managed. Unethical sales position hidden behind the "customer service" role.

Absolutely horrible place to work. I was lied to and manipulated during the interview. Had 4 weeks of training and 2 weeks of being on the phone. We were then informed that they didn't need us anymore as overseas call centre were coming back on board. The worst company ever, unorganized, management have no skills in treating ppl as humans not a number. We were constantly lied to by everyone in the interview and out of training. Left feeling depressed and used. Do yourself a favour and don't go near this company.

This place left me emotionally exhausted and miserable. When I started, I was focused on furthering my acheivements in life and by the end of a mere six months, I was the victim of discrimination and a manipulative manager. It's full-time work but at what cost? Your health? Your mental wellbeing? Your independence?

Good opportunity. Treat you like royalty for the first 3 months but will do anything to take your commissions away. If you do well they will find a mistake from 3 months ago and take your hard earned comms. Unprofessional management, don’t care about their staff that much, everyone’s replaceable.

Worked here and was promoted during training for achieving a high TSV per call. I was only ever doing what they trained me to do but apparently i caught the attention of a high up Telstra employee and my calls were audited. I was fired and immediately escorted out of the building for doing only exactly what i was trained and told to do which in their words was "immoral an unethical" so why are they training these aggressive sales strategies then? very unprofessional and borderline scam.

This Company wont provide proper training for employees and humiliates and victimises workers. They also steal wages from workers when they leave. What a disgrace!

Unable to get a feedback after a long interview. Seriously wondering if the HR team is qualified. No respect for candidates who make the effort to attend the group interview for 2hours. When you present well, you are respectful, well prepared for the interview with a good knowledge of the company and the role previous experience and the right skills, you expect a minimum of respect. Not impressed by the Company.
