DO NOT BUY SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FROM THE COSMEDIC STUDIO BRISBANE!!!! I ordered 276 worth of skin care products February 17th 2016 and the clinic sent me expired products dated 06/15 & 11/15. I then had them shipped overseas to Vanuatu. The products were separated and had an off smell. I emailed the company March 28th, 2016 and they said they would give me a full refund and not to bother sending the product back but could not do the refund till April 9th. April 9th 2016 they asked for my credit card details again for the refund and then charge me again 162.00! When I first complained about the email their reply was: Hi Jasmine, I have spoken to Dr Ash and he said the products will still be good to use even though they are out of date. You may keep them but I will still refund you the full amount, that way you don’t have to post them back. I hope that is ok with you? However I am overseas till the 9th April so it will be when I get back to Australia. After emailing me and saying I would get a full refund. And my Credit card is not showing a refund but ANOTHER CHARGE! Don't use this clinic. They will scam you!! I'm now taking it up with my visa company since I have the emails to back me up. Buyer beware The extra charge to my credit card has now been reversed. I have still not received my full refund. The clinic is now threatening me with lawyers if I don't take this post down I just want my money back.
