Is this the Union that vetoed the plan my organisation had for desk sharing? Do you realize this was the only way that working from home would have been viable in the long term? If they cannot rationalize space there is no reason for an Organisation to allow it. I have working so hard to convince them that WFH can be a win-win. So thank you my so called "representatives" for destroying such a golden opportunity.. Really disappointed..

I was working for Brisbane city council and the union rep defending me was also the union rep prosecuting me. Talk about a stitch up. Don't waste your money with Australias weakest union "AWU".

One star is because the union rep listened to my case when I had the chance to tell my case, and then the rep will disappear for a while, did not answer his phone for weeks, all of a sudden (HI I am here again to listen to you I was attending a big case) as if my case was of not much importance, so end of the story is : if I needed them urgently I would be roasted by my employer because I was literally alone, so, went to another Union.
