Bad experience with one of the staff. When I walked out from the store, the alarm was ringing and I was confused how it could be as I didn't take anything from the store. The staff asked me to take out my stuff and scanned my stuff through the alarm door. I understand with this procedure but I was a bit embarassed with other visitors as the staff asked me to repeat scanning my bag few times until I asked her to check my bag by herself as I couldn't figure it out.

Great buy! They were on sale during our visit! I bought a large American Tourister luggage bag, and it was way cheaper than my medium luggage!

The city store had great staff. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. Much better than the non service I didn't receive at Brookside from a staff member more busy organising staff shifts on the phone than greeting a customer a few weeks ago.

I had a challenge in preparing for a prolonged overseas trip next year and selecting the right luggage. Charlie and Hannah provided outstanding service, helping me every step of the way. I have to say I was looking at luxury items and they gave first class service. However it was very obvious that they gave the same first class service to all customers regardless of the spent. Congratulations! You will be my first stop for any future travel or accessory purchases.

Thank you Mandy for sorting out a replacement bag for the bag that failed when I was in Brisbane on a recent business trip. Although, I did have to mention my rights as a consumer under Australian law, it was a pleasant experience and I felt I was treated right as customer. It is however unfortunate that usually one does have to use their rights. The bag I was supplied had a slight fault on the zipper, which the clerk made note of on the receipt, so I could exchange it when I got back home. So that was good on their behalf, the bag got me back home! Thank you.
