I entered the store and was greeted by front staff with a positive disposition. I was afforded the opportunity of 2 staff members opinions of what frames suited my face/head. I was extremely satisfied ! Warm and professional team. All I can say is I love my new two pairs of glasses so if you are looking for a store to buy glasses, then don’t go past this one !

Shoutout to the asian male optometrist today. I have an issue with frame and would like a replacement. But he said the original is fine and he would try to fix it for me. In the end, he fixed my troublesome glasses' frame, cleaned and sanitised it. I would like to pay for service that i received but he said it is free. I can not thank him enough but to show my appreciation, i am leaving a 5 stars review here.
The staff at this store were excellent. My partner and I had back to back eye tests yesterday and were helped quickly and efficiently by the lady at the front desk and the optometrists. Once the appointments were done, we were helped with choosing our glasses. My partner must've been pretty easy to help because he was in and out before I could decide. The poor girl serving me had to deal with endless umm-ing and ahh-ing but she was fantastic. She helped me find a style that I love and built a great rapport along the way. Even as we sat down for dinner an hour later, we were both gushing about how nice they all were and how happy we were with the service and our glasses.
