The car park is relatively good comparing to the rest of them in the city. However, they still have problems, the B1 only allows people to park up to 3 hours while it oversells the parking space. I book early-bird everyday and it turns out that I can't find a parking in B2(as it is oversold), I have to park in B1 for 3 hours then walk back again to move my car to B2 to see if there's available parking, which takes me half an hour. My suggestion is: 1. remove the 3 hours maximum parking on B1 or 2. Do not oversell your daily parking while the B2 parking bays are obviously not enough.

Loads of issues with issuing receipts on exit. It's inconvenient to have to email to get a tax invoice each time. Great location but receipt tickets being constantly out is frustrating.

The parking costs here are way too exorbitant. Sure, book online and get it cheaper (if you're parking long-term), but the fact they're capitalising on people going out for food or a walk along the water, way too expensive. Lower your prices.

Over charged. When we went it was meant to be 10 per hrs. we arrived at 10.48, as our ticket said and left at 11.48, again, as our ticket and the machine showed on the way out but we were charged 16. WTF!
