I was advised to see Bill Potts for my matter I was told he is expensive but delivers the outcome you want. Well well well expensive yes delivered NOOOOO. In fact won't mention names of my current Barrister who is removing the conviction which Potts threw me under the bus. Would I recommend Potts ? Only if you wish to be set up go ahead. There is Karma Good and Bad, it doesn't miss anyone not even the President of the Law Society there are people in this world that if you betray them in such a way they will dissapear and have someone else do the job for them. Shelby was professional friendly brilliant from moment I met Shelby and made it a easy process go through. Without using Shelby at Potts Lawyers Im sure that we would never would of had the positive outcome that was achieved. Very grateful for the professional service I received with Potts Laywers, specifically Andrew Hanlon. Responsive, explained things in simple terms for me and all round very knowledgable and professional.
Whatever transpired in my matter, it appears that my Potts Team (Shelby & Mark) brow-beat the Crown Prosecutor down into dropping their case and charges - They had been attempting to prosecute an innocent without evidence, over an unreasonable period of time. I am disappointed that despite my wishes, compensation for lost income and legal costs was not sought by my Lawyers. I am also disappointed that no motions to pursue Malicious Litigation procedures were made. Essentially, I am little people and others were happy to take my money, but nothing was done to see it reimbursed, or damages undone. I am grateful for the Legal Advice, but as an innocent and a pauper, I now think it is a complete waste of money to hire lawyers unless the Prosecution's Body of Evidence has been completed. I thank Shelby and Mark for their efforts.
Cameron Browne and his team where great. They explained each step and kept me up to date through the whole process. Their professionalism and experience resulted in a great outcome.
