I even want to give negative scorers if there is!!!!! I did an eye test last month, and then I went to another optical store to get my lens with the prescription from this store. But when I got my new lens, I felt a little bit uncomfortable, and the sales assistant there asked me to adapt it for several days, if it was still feeling not good, they could let me do a retest with half price. Then two weeks later, I went back and did a retest. What makes me unbelievable is the prescription I got from OPTICAL WAREHOUSE is totally wrong!!! The prescription from them is much HIGHER than my real situation!!! (Both the myopia and astigmatism!!! It is not just higher 0.25, it is higher 0.5 to 0.75 than my real situation!!!) I don’t know how to describe what I was feeling that I couldn’t see anything while I was wearing my new lens, when another optometrist used a board covering my left eye and let me see the letter through the lens. I am so disappointed with OPTICAL WAREHOUSE, and I am so grateful that I did not buy my lens from here.
