Found fleetcare to be very easy to deal with

I ring up Fleet cause I had a flat battery. The operator hang ups on me 3 times. Then when I was able to get hold of him(James), I was told that it will take arround 1 hour .I was on Terranora NSW. After 40 minutes I received a call from the rescuer, I thought he was already close but he told that he just got the job and he is arround 40min away. So the job was dispatched after 40mins. Looks like a Fleet care that doesn't care. I have the screenshot of how many times I called them and when I received a message that they are coming. Hope what happened to me doesn't happen to others.
