Extremely disappointed! I called and made a booking for 6 men for a suit fitting for our wedding, all booked in and thanked the lady I spoke to. The 15mins before the appointment on Sunday I get a phone call to 'confirm' the appointment and be told they are closing at 4pm (even online says 5pm!!!!!) Obviously had to the tell everyone who had come from different locations for this to now go home! This is one stress and issue a bride to be doesn't need! Definitely don't recommend this place! I would give a zero if I could!

Lilly and Mel were beyond helping finding our four groomsmen suits! Super knowledgeable, on the ball, and lovely! We went to two other stores before this section of Myer and they definitely didn't compare. Much better quality and customer service. Thank you ladies!

I organised suit hire for my wedding for myself and my groomsmen to be coordinated across multiple Ferrari stores based on convenience of location for each member of the wedding party (a service they happily offered). I encountered the following issues: - I had to chase up with the Aspley store just four days before the wedding to find out that the suits from this store were ready because, even though they were already ready at least a day before I called them, they were "too busy" to call me to let me know. - My father also used the Aspley store to hire a suit for the wedding and he had to chase up with them just three days before the wedding to find out that his suit was ready. He was told that they had assumed that I would inform him myself that it was ready even though I had no way of knowing it was ready because it was a completely separate order. - One of the groomsmen went to pick his suit up from the Brisbane City Myer store only to find out that they had mistakenly given his suit to someone else. They were able to retrieve the suit the following day, but when the groomsan came back in to try it on, the pants were too short even though when he had his original fitting weeks earlier he was told this would be fixed. They then had to find him a random pair of pants from within the store that same day which were slightly longer, although still too short. We were not offered any compensation for this. Due to multiple instances of poor communication as well as general incompetence across multiple stores, I will not be using the services of Ferrari Formalwear again in the future.

This place will look after you! Got my 3 groomsmen suits here, they measured them up, made all the adjustments and made sure they were in with plenty of time. A week before the wedding one of the groomsmen needed a bigger jacket - no dramas though and they supplied another one very quickly!
