Brisbane Family court, there is no Judge, there is just lawyer decide the case, win or loose, there is nothing about truth lies, cheating, this is not court, gender wise they decide, they dont care about kids, this is just lawyer compromise center, as public has to rid up this court, family court is own law, they cheat through the lawyer

Riddled with corruption and fraud, The Family Court cannot be reformed. It must be abolished. Lawyers doing divorce is like accountants doing architecture. The judges cant count, and mistake the wealth of lawyers with the best interests of every child

Stay away. There is staggering levels of corruption. The Law Society have convinced politicians not to have a law.and to trust judges The judges abuse that power to rely on fake claims from shrinks about the best interests of Australian children . There is no equal parenting , whatever your solicitor may tell you. This court is just a publicly funded child trading market- want to see your kids? Pay lawyers fees. Family court judges are thus as well trusted as used car dealers.

There is an irretrievable break down of The Family Court. No one respects court orders. My husbands solicitor had a mental health break down in court. Judges rort the system so their friends always get paid before clients. Its a toll bridge, not a legal system. I feel ashamed to have ever been a lawyer. Stay away. This is just a nut farm.

court and whole divorce system is a joke and money making for lawyers go to a hearing may take all day just to go to a room not allowed to say anything to be told it will be adjourned for 3 months why cant they just make quarter hour appointments instead of everyone at 9.30 to pay a lawyer for a day. mediation why cant thy act like adults and just email each other with the offer instead of paying someone to run between and pay lawyer for a day again. once again just making money and ripping us off

Peter Murphy retired as a judge in this court last week blasting other judges as incompetent. This is very rich. Murphy made so may arithmetical errors in my divorce it cost me 30,000 to fix. This isnt a court at all, its a country club for divorce lawyers. The sooner we get rid of the law society BBQ committee and get some judges who graduated in the TOP 50% the better off we will all be. He should hand back all his super.
