DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We recently engaged this company to assist with importing from china. They were opportunistic in charging double rates because urgent services were needed. Staff were very rude over the phone, poor communication ensured we incurred extra charges from the port. Delivery to our suppliers warehouse was poorly handled , boxes were lose and an expensive and important item was not delivered and has never been recovered! They offered very little assistance in recovery and simply pass blame with aggression when requested to assist. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Go anywhere else.
I'm a small business and first time importer. I came across Custom Logistic Services on Google and sent them an email requesting a quote. I didn't even have all the right information necessary for them to provide a quote, but they were super helpful guiding me through the process. My shipment arrived without issue and with no unexpected costs. Very happy to recommend to others.
