I wish I had gone to them sooner. The whole team at Brisbane Private Investigations was first class. They acted quickly, were very detailed, discrete, and most importantly handled my case with respect. They are a very good value and compared to other services in town. From start to finish, the team was very open with communication and understanding of my needs. Within days I had the answers I needed and piece of mind. It is truly a "freeing" experience. My recommendation is that if you are on the fence about this type of service, do not wait and call Brisbane Private Investigations. They will handle you with care and respect. Like I said, I wish I would have done this ages ago.

We needed a private investigator to monitor and provide some information in relation to a marriage break-up and children custody issue. BPI were very responsive. Very quick acting. Very professional in their approach and work. They were able to react and provide the necessary investigation at short notice. Their reports were concise and well documented. Good value for money. We were attempting to locate someone, and inquired about the best way to do that. We were quoted a fixed price to try and get the address, and received a response quite late at night to confirm things were under way. Subsequently it took less than a day or so to not only have a current address supplied, but also photographs of the home home and purchase details. The young lady Ilona who followed up did so from early in the morning until late in the the evening/. There was also the offer of ringing neighbours if we wanted. All up, we got more than what we expected, quickly and quite inexpensively. Very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I used this company in Sydney and Melbourne and they helped me get the answers I needed at a very reasonable price. It was a much smoother experience than I first thought. For anyone that is searching for a private investigator in Brisbane or Queensland I would recommend the following; 1) Ensure they are licensed. 2) Ensure they are Confidential 3) Check out any google reviews and other newspaper articles to see if they have done anything dodgy with your credit card or with other consumers. 4) Ask them what their prices are and get a written list of contract terms 5) Report them to Fair Trading if they do the wrong thing by you I used Brisbane Private Investigations affiliated company in Sydney and was extremely happy. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone.
