Auscript isn't doctoring transcripts on their own, that's for sure. The corrupt Queensland courts are telling them to do it. But the editing is being done in these offices. If you have a court proceeding in Queensland, your transcript will be missing parts, statements will get changed, things that work in the defendants favour will be removed. In short, the judges and magistrates order these changes so that the events in the court support the verdict they reached, which was decided well ahead of time. This racket needs to be exposed and the people involved in it need to be jailed as a lesson to the rest of them.

Absolutely corrupt!!! Trascripts are tampered with!!! Disgraceful conduct!!! The other reviews are all true!!! I have not received my transcript order!!! No response to emails regarding it!!! The courts are involed in a conspiracy against complainants to protect themselves and conceal their own offences!!! Unbelievable!!! Total Waste of time!!! There is no justice in Queensland!!! Writing this on behalf of my mother who has spent the past month trying to obtain a transcript, still no sign of it. Emails go un-responded to, there's a different story depending on who picks up the phone, transcript has already been paid for / money deducted off the credit card. TOTAL SCAM! . The government needs to award this contract to another party. Only giving one star because you have to fill in the field.
A company that claims their transcriptions are "99.5% accurate" and claims they care about people but really do not care about people and the transcripts are inaccurate. Auscript wants to make money, not run an effective service. QLD Government should not renew their contract.
Constantly grossly poor turnaround, have made complaints but no one there cares. If there was an alternative provider, I would 100% use that provider. Govt should not renew the contract. When I have spoken to someone, they blame covid for the delays, but this has been going on l o n g before covid. They never meet the requested turnaround, and never give you any update as to the progress/ETA, unless you chase them many many times, several times a day over several days, to get an answer. The answer changes with each person your speak to. You're promised an email by COB that never arrives. Often the customer service line goes unanswered/leave a voicemail and the call is never returned / send an email and a response is never received. THEN, after they have taken some 20 days to deliver a transcript, they have the audacity to charge for the requested 5 day turn around rate. You then have to chase them again and again to get them to do the right thing and bill the actual turn around. Then they charge you for 10 day turn around because "that's the lowest charge they have". Something needs to change. Very poorly managed.
Rip-off. Deleted silenced evidence from other party. Could only hear adjudicators voice. NOT got what we asked for. Should have recorded the hearing ourselves
I received my transcript from court and it was so wrong in places, that there is no way it could be accidental. One or two errors could be understood when transferring audio to written form but whole sections were missing. Anything that that worked in my favour against the government had been altered or disappeared completely. Auscript are supposed to be an independent company so it's impossible for all these changes to not just my transcript but it looks like many others. It's impossible for all this to be a mistake. There is corruption at the highest levels of the Queensland legal system. Senior members of our judiciary, prosecution and politicians need to go to jail.
