I've been here previously and had very good customer service however, yesterday was different. The business was opened first day back after New Years so the line was very long, it took over 2 hours to line up and see someone. I had no issue with this and I understand completely. My issue was when I was buzzed into the venue, I walked up to the counter and spoke to a lady with dark hair. The first thing she said was "were you meant to be next". I was definitely shock by this because we waited an hour to get in and yet, she thought we pushed in line. I was very disappointed by this. There were cameras so I don't know what made her say that to us. When I asked her who she thought was meant to be in front of us, she didn't respond instead gave us a "look". I was very angry at this point and didn't appreciate her tone. Everyone lining up were pretty respectful and no one pushed it. If she believed we pushed in then she should've been able to back up her statement. I don't appreciate the way we were treated yesterday by her.

Ainslie's customer service is above standard. From web site, web order, confirmation e-mails, and prompt delivery service. I have rarely had such stella service from other online providers. Keep up the good work.

I've purchased here a few times before and they didn't seem too bad. But my most recent experience in January was absolutely horrible. We waited in line for five hours. Then after my wife and I finally got into the waiting room they made her stay in the waiting room with our three month old baby while I purchased. My wife needed to exit the waiting room because our baby was crying, but they would not open the door for her to exit. Shame on you Ainslie! I'm never going to do business with you ever again! Another woman with a one year old baby was given special treatment and jumped in line before everyone else.

Paid top dollar on postage and its not wrapped properly. Contents loose inside and rattling around. Sorry or other apologies not needed. Update* 10 Feb In reply, as a paying customer, sorry is of little help to me. I paid top money on postage, and it was loose inside and knocking around. Sorry as a reply is not good enough. At least if you ask me.

Bought some bars from Ainslie. Thought they would be stamped from them, instead I was flogged second hand, ABC bullion....not happy, complete RIP off. Have recieved a call, and ensured I can swap for the newer style as advertised. So I'll increase my star rating to 4/5. As this should never happen to a first time buyer.

Ainslie is Awesome. Had a great experience buying Bullion from them. Very respectful prices. No crazy premiums. Fully insured delivery that was quick. And the best part was the I could order direct from a guy on the phone who looked after me, answered all questions. He was pleased to talk to me and didn't try to brush me off. He also gave me current Silver Maples when it was dates of their choice. That helped. I'll buy again.

Faulty towers, don't bother if you have a smsf, not worth the grief. The process wasn't clear, the requirements weren't explained, I wasn't informed there would be a problem with a smsf less than 1 year when I made the purchase I supplied the compliance information, which I've used to buy multiple other asset classes without issue. I was told after I'd paid that there were a dditiobal requirements as my smsf was less than 1 year, they held my order for 2 weeks. I had to ask twice to have the order made out to me individually. Buying personally was easy.

I understand that interest in metals is spiking currently, but regardless the company's physical collection system is inadequate. I had to queue for over an hour in a tiny locked room packed full of customers, some sitting on the floor, just to collect a few coins. This needs serious rethinking.
