We do not recommend this company. We rented an Endeavour Camper for 8 days in summer and the fridge was not working from day one. We asked some compensation for all troubles caused but we received nothing. In addition, they will surcharge you on visa debit card, extra driver, cleaning fees around 100, WAT & RAP Bundle, fuel at the highest rate, Government taxes duties and associated costs ... Recommend to keep away from them.

Easy to operate, collect and drop off. Van was equipped with all you need. We did sadly have a few issues with no electric cord supplied, fridge only worked sometimes so we lost some of our food and a mechanical error which cost us a half day travel at the mechanics, microwave and tv also didn't work. Phone support was available and good. All that aside as a family we had a fabulous adventure in Queensland's outback. We would use apollo again.

Do not do not do not rent an Apollo Van. Trust me ! Fridge did not work (they shouted me a bag of ice every day ... woohoo) and a few bucks off in the middle of summer. Lost heaps of amazing cheese and smoked fish. I left some cash in the glovebox accidentally and 10 months later still battling to get it back. It is now a police matter and no-one answers emails, calls etc. You have been warned !! Cheers
Terrible organized since we had to wait more than two hours until a regular (!) check in was done and the vehicle ready. There seemed to be only one person actively working so the customers had to wait very long - plus the internet connection to the tablet didnt work very good which made the check in even worse. Waiting more than 2 hours for the check in only to hear afterwards that they need additional time for a double check of the van ... as if they didnt have had the time to prepare the vehicle for arriving! Although slow the stuff was friendly!
Picked up a Hiace Hitop in Coffs Harbour from Jayco dealer. People were great, van was over the top at the rate they gave me. Less than I was paying including the drop off fee. Didn't want to give it back. Robbie at Basalt st depot was super friendly, thorough and immediately had excess refunded for me. Helped me to Geebung station and way back to Hamilton. Campervan drove like a car, 11.4l/100k with lots of pep. Just looking for contact information for reservation for next year. Everywhere I went people were amazed at the rate. I WAS SELLING AS I WENT. I had a Ford Transit in NZ last with toilet/shower, a pig. NO COMPARISON TO THE TOYOTA, on torque, handling and internal appointments. Thanks people!! Too bad the Toyota Hiace is not available in Canada. What an outfit!!!! GREAT STUFF!! REGARDS ROB
