Took my 32" Viewsonic monitor there for repair, possibly a cable loose, fixed up and no issues, good prompt replies. Tech was home based business. Worth taking your out of warranty screen for a 20 initial check, leave it there for troubleshooting proceed with repair once you get your quote. Warranty is 3 months.
