Were able to secure the bike I wanted six to eight weeks faster than any other dealer, and at a better price. Great range of bikes and accessories. Good customer service. Highly recommend Brisan.

I bought an ex-demo bike from Brisan Motorcycles in September 2020. They couldn't find the owner's handbook or spare key at the time I picked it up but included in the sales contract that they would be provided. Five months and quite a few emails (for the first month after purchase) later it's clear I'm not gettibg a key or handbook. The bike is great but that's no reflection on the dealer. Once they had my money and I was out the door the service was all promises and zero delivery.

Came in to look at a couple of bikes, was just looking at information, the fee blokes that I spoke to were very helpful with the bikes I wanted to look at and then also safety equipment. Would recommend their customer service every day of the week!

I love this shop. Customer service is amazing. I bought for myself a Sym 125 Classic, I love Vespa but this one is cheaper than the Vespa and I feel like in Italy on it, so amazing memories and journey travelling in the Sym Classic. Lot of different accessories, clothing, motorbikes , scooters , colours. You have a huge variety of everything to pick your favourites. Is like a showroom of motorbikes. The display of them is amazing, super tidy and by category. Sym 125 Classic for 3600 \u003cjust in case you’re interested\u003e

Simon is the head mechanic. Extremely helpful. I popped in for a 50k service on my GSA and new tyres. I asked for a change to the tyre valves. Wanted easier acess... Turned out, they did not have them in stock. Simon let me know and then gave me, yup...free of charge... a rubber extension to use instead. Small about 13..., but when last did Someone care about your business that much? Service was professional & thorough. Simon very knowledgeable. He is the Mechanic that BMW takes as support for the BMW safari trips... Stay away from the shop though....too many little distractions...you might buy stuff you did not plan to:-) Good crew. You won't be disappointed:-)
