What can I say but Thank you ***** 5 stars all around. From the start to the finish first class service. A big thank you to Andy who advised and did our quote, to the lovely ladys in the office. Special shout out to Kylie in accounts for her Professionalism and wonderful attitude. And finally we cannot say how impressed we where with our installation team. On time every day of the installation and what a work ethic,rare nowadays nothing was to much trouble. The skill in the preparation and the cuts where unbelievable what skill. Good range of products with excellent sales and store loading service.
Lots of paving choices. The yard fellow was the person most helpful with advice.
Brick city can best describe it. To add they have huge sales area (displaying a brikmakers sign with 3/4 cute puppies) surrounded by various brick walls and pleasantly paved with different pavers with interesting patterns.
Reception was very rude/silly. They need better training and to know the basics to work out areas for different shapes.
From the quoting by Andy, to the delivery by BGC, to the installation by Chris and Josh, all very professional and a quality result. Thank you brikmakers, will be back again for another job next year.
Absolutely shocking service, rude forklift drivers, extremely long wait, I will never be back and will never recommend this company to anybody. I'm surprised they have any customers with their attitude.
