It is not even open yet due to renovations and you won't be able to go up and help yourself to food like before. Been told person behind food counter will get the food for you. They say it's because of covid 19 but I think it's a way to make people eat less but probably charge more. Unfair when it's meant to be all you can eat.

A casual buffet style dining. The per head price does not include drinks - no coffee or tea included like another all you can eat nearby. Kids price does include bottomless soft drinks. Service could be improved, staff were quite rude. People were quite rude. The food offered variety and with limited low grade seafood. Food was topped up promptly constantly. However the plates and cutlery were not replaced quick enough for the line up after line up after line up of diners. We were seated upstairs even though we had 3 young children with us. The stairs are quite challenging to usher kids with food & drinks. An offer for trays to carry their food & drink would have been helpful. The bonus being upstairs is that it was more roomy and less rowdy than being seated below.
Under renovation so no place to sit and eat. I am sure this will improve when the renovations are done

It is what it is. Feeds everyone all in one place for a decent price. Not top quality, but nice enough.
Absolutely fantastic especially as it was 50% off meals and drinks ordered online and brought to your table...just brilliant
We had a family function at Charlies Diner following our mother's funeral. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The perfect location for this type of function. There was plenty of space, the food was delicious. Thank you Matt and your staff for your hospitality
Charlies diner part is good for all you can eat and well worth the price it costs but the Brighton Metro hotel food side of things was a bit disappointing. Our birthday table had multiple issues with food and extreme waiting time for 1 meal in particular. Wait and bar staff were very polite and apologetic though
