But the quality of service that I received from Alison at Brighton Security Centre was so high and the genuine care and detail so noticeable that I have to write this. This young woman clearly knows her stuff and applies herself to her role with a remarkable high standard! I will definitely be using this business again.

Had a problem with our front door lock which needed fairly urgent attention and John was able to give me an idea of the likely problem over the phone and this was borne out when he fitted us in for a visit the same afternoon. In fact he was able to make it over in less than 30 minutes after my call. He fixed the problem and cut new keys as our existing keys were poorly cut and had contributed to the door issue over time. Very impressed by John's skills and professionalism and of course his great customer service in being able to fit us in so quickly. Will definitely call Brighton Security for any lock issues going forward.
