Absolutely lovely man. Was super helpful over the phone and then made sure he had the part for us. Instead of trying to ensure he gets extra money he spent the time and explained what to do so we could attempt to put the part in ourselves and it turned out to be super easy. He could have just as easily charged us and came and did the job but instead decided to educate us. Could not be happier with the service provided thank you :-)
