I couldn’t speak more highly of the customer service we received here. Buying some gear and hiring the rest, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. There was a manufacturing problem with the goggles. Staff went out of their way to sort out replacement and got us back out riding as quickly as possible. Highly Recommend
It was the first time for us to ski, the staff was friendly and helped us to choose the right gear. Ben even bought some brand new over the glasses goggles just to accommodate us. The service is absolutely amazing. If you are going to ski in Falls or Hotham, this is the place to visit.
Amazing they stayed open for an hour to service us. The service was amazing, very friendly and informative and genuinely wanting to ensure we had a great time. Price was reasonable and a really great experience to start our trip of a lifetime. Can not recommend them highly enough
Hired some chains and a toboggan. The lady at the desk was warm, friendly and helpful. We brought some gloves also. The young lad showed us how to correctly put the chains on, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices and good staff made for a fun easy day in the snow.
Along with four other families, we hired chains from BSC on our way to Falls. The five stars comes from the customer service, though it's also important that they only have high quality chains. Even though I'd fitted chains before, they insisted on doing a trial fit both to confirm size and wheel selection but also to make me very comfortable with putting them on. While I'm focused on service in this review, pricing was more than competitive.
As first time snow seekers we found Bright Ski Place to be excellent. The manner in which they treated us could only be described as: 'warm and friendly'. It was as if we were locals. We walked in to the shop not knowing where to go or what to hire and walked out totally confident we had found the best place to hire from in the lead up to the resorts. When we returned our gear they were as equally enthusiastic to hear our adventure. It was a genuine enthusiasm, proving yet again that these guys really care about your experience. We found out it is it a family run business and it is that, that obviously makes the difference. A in every aspect! The other 'bigger' chain of ski hire outlets could take a lesson from them.
