Absolutely useless, the Management are happy taking your money however are in breach of Contract, there is a page plus more of things that have not been addressed and fixed, simple things for almost a year.. Don’t waste your money with Jan Browne. She’s not professional, incompetent, brushes you aside, she is not capable of business, just wants the easy way out, she needs to be reminded she is working for us and being paid for this. We’ll be moving on to a more competent Manager.

Well I don’t know why @joshwild rated Jan and bridge strata so low. I just had our annual strata meeting and it was fantastic. Jan is very friendly, professional and understanding. They do not control the community bore water, merely try and get it fixed when something goes wrong. Everything was explained and she answered all questions asked. Jan is very knowledgeable but also understanding. She coordinated and controlled the meeting well, took the group through things that weren’t clear and gave some very good, sound advice. I would highly recommend Bridge Strata
Negative, stay right away from this Strata, they are no where near up to par. Incompetent, professionalism does not exist, Jan Browne does the least she can, she just isn’t up to the job, nor is her staff, if you’re with them get out, if not don’t even consider them.
You will need to wait at least a month for a body corporate certificate from these people. They will shift the goal posts every time the certificate is due and give you another date, they will fail to meet this deadline and give you a new date which they will yet again, fail to meet! 0/10 stars if possible.
Craig is very knowledgeable about all things strata and has given us great advice over the years. When our clients need guidance on financial matters connected to their investment properties within strata complexes, Craig is on top of the relevant rules and legislation.
Jan from bridge strata manages the community bore water on our property in Murrumbateman. The community water is the only resource they are responsible for. We lost water pressure back in December and despite multiple emails, we rarely receive a response. We are now approaching 90 days without bore water. They appear to struggle to respond to emails, and have not been able to manage the single resource they are in charge of. I would not recommend this strata business to manage anything.
Craig and Jan have been in the industry for a long time. They are really proactive and with sensible advice.
