BRGR had burgs just made for me! Smash patties yum! Their beef is exceptional and hence why the smash works so well. Flavour central. Artarmon needed this and I am glad Artarmon got it. Right across from the train station too, talk about convenient.

Came here with my husband from a family member’s recommendation. Quality of food was amazing. The meat in the cheese burger was an 11/10. Grilled chicken garlic wrap and sweet potato fries was also an 11/10. This will definitely be our new spot to satisfy our burger cravings. Owner was extremely friendly when he introduced himself. Thank you for a great experience
Gotta be the best burger place in the area and even Sydney! Great tasting burgers & chicken tenders that are beyond unbelievable- better than anything you have ever had! Now that I’ve found you… I’ll be back over and over again! Very welcoming team and customer service was on point!
The burger itself has to be one of the must try burgers in Sydney. The burger size is reasonable, the bun is fresh and the stuffing is well peppering proportioned and doesn't take away from the flavour of the meat. What i love is how the patty's edge crust and it tastes like nothing I've tried before. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is nice for a small shop. What I would suggest upgrading is their fries. I'd move away from plain average chips for such a unique burger.
Customer Service was absolutely amazing! I came in Saturday morning with my son for a quick lunch and I was greeted by a smiley bubbly young girl. I had never been to BRGR before but my son had and this waitress was brilliant she helped me understand the menu, offered suggestions and told me about a fabulous meal deal they do. I ordered the Porto burger as she suggested it was her favorite chicken burger ever! I must say it was a great recommendation as the burger was very spicy and delicious. While we were eating she was rushing around helping everyone out with their meal all while being super energetic, friendly and polite to everyone. It was clear that she had been working there for a while as she interacted with regular customers asking about how their day had been and what their plans were for the weekend. We will definitely be going back to BRGR again both for the burgers and this amazing young waitress.

Great food, awful service. Constantly getting every order wrong via any delivery service. When I called the restaurant and spoke with Carl the manager he offered to comp me but that never happened. Ordered again and it was incorrect AGAIN! Same thing happened today... half the order was missing. Like what the f? You have one job. When I spoke with Carl last time he told me if he was me he probably wouldn’t order from them again. What kind of manager says that? It’s easy. Read directions, make the order, deliver in a reasonable time frame, problem solved.
I love coming here to eat, it’s a family favorite. Thank you for the great customer service and the great quality food. You know it’s fresh when you don’t get that aftertaste you do from McDonalds and other fast food places. I have recommended you guys to so many of my friends and they all love it too. Their thick shakes are awesome too, definitely a must try!
