Bloke is as rude as you will ever see. Sarcastic and denigrating. Unless you want to buy something immediately he'll try and kick you out. Just mention online ordering of something he refuses to carry in stock and watch him explode He reckons the online stoe is not related to his store. But I'm not sure about that... the phone numbers are the same so I reckon old mate just lied to me? I ordered online, but it took the threat of contacting my bank to claim refund 4 weeks after order date before they finally sent a tracking order. I reckon they just forgot

There is no reason you would want to go into this shop. He sure has lot the plot. Very RUDE and doesn't care about customer service or helping in anyway, unless you want to pay for something and get out of his shop he doesn't want you in there. Good luck mate you are going to need it.

The owner is most unpleasant and rude. Out of 2 visits I have received a home brew can that was 5 months past expiry and starting to rust on the base. Then to give them a second chance I bought a "refurbished" keg which turned out to be defective. Got it home and discovered that its rubber handle top had starting to unseal from the keg. He had obvioulsy tried to glue it down to sell it, but it was already coming apart from the stainless keg. Stick to Marlin Coast home brew and internet for your supplies. I will never be going back to him.

The only reason anyone would shop here is because of the low prices. Shop is not well kept, place is cluttered and dirty and the service is absolutely DISGUSTING! Would highly recommend anyone thinking about shopping here... DON'T!
