We use Zenith Crane Truck Hire on an almost daily basis for deliveries from Gold Coast, out to Ipswich and up to the Sunshine Coast. Dealing with Warren is a breeze, and he is so friendly. I asked Zenith cranes to conduct a site visit to evaluate there capabilities of transporting and lifting a large glass window over a fence and into position, they accepted the job. One the day it was evident early on they were not capable of fulfilling the requirements due to access (which should have been an obvious observation) and the capabilities of the crane. We struggles all day with the lift, in the end EMMA dropped the window while on the hook and destroyed the window and the day onsite. The ordeal cost myself 1000's , delays onsite and a breakdown with the builder, destroying the working relationship. I would not recommend Zenith to do any work with the crane or tight access, they clearly cannot say NO, costing others.
Warren is a very friendly and helpful guy! We used Warren to move a cubby house. He took the upmost care throughout the process and delivered it to us in good time with minimal fuss. Highly recommend.
Called the number and asked if they could move a small site shed not even 15 minutes down the road. Upon arrival, saw my husband and brother in law up on top of the donga attaching chains etc and same when it came to unloading. Instead of waiting for us to cut down a branch that was going to impact, impatience and the threat of more money for more time, saw the driver drive under the tree damaging the roof of the shed and causing it to now leak when rain comes and the shed needing extensive repair. Seemed uninterested in the whole event and was happy to order the boys around to do the labour side of things for him. Then... 230 later.... Never again.
