They were very friendly, but the whole experience has been tiring. I placed the order Monday, they didn't tell me I needed to send my physical script so got that to them by express, then when the sent it, they addressed it to Toowoomba instead of Jimboomba. It is Friday and it won't get to me until Monday which is not acceptable to go without important meds on the weekend. So now I'm going on a 4 hour round trip to Toowoomba to pick it up.
Have been getting compounds from this pharmacy for years and they have always given the best service and very professional staff. Very happy! :)

Mass reported exodus from this firm after a negative personal experience posted on a popular health forum. My personal experience has been mediocre. Better prices on compounding can be had at Albion QLD a different firm who always conduct them selves as professionals.

Terrible experience at this compounding pharmacy. They have compounded a pyrrole totally wrong dose and tried to say its our fault somehow. They just do not like to admit fault. Be very careful taking your prescription here as the dosage could be well out. This is just dangerous
