If you are a business or government body, they will look after you, but if you are an individual with smaller requests I would look elsewhere. Most of their business is focused on corporate and not the local. Their "when do you need it" slogan just does not stand in reality. On the positive side their workmanship is good. Be sure to get a written quote for the job, or you might be up for a surprise at the end.

One visit to go through what I wanted , went straight up to office , thought this is great about 1/2 hour later all sorted gave all details email phone etc , two weeks no quote so grave them a ring all good was going to send that day ( sweet ) after another week rang again still no quote got the oooo sorry mate will get it to you ASAP it’s been another 2 weeks nothing so went somewhere else and trailers on it way it’s over 10 k trailer !!

Recently purchased a boat trailer from NSW and needed to get a roadworthy certificate. The bloke there(didn't get his name) was so helpful, even tho it was not straight forward he stuck to it and got the job done. Didn't even make a booking, just walked in and they dropped what they were doing to help me. Would recommend x100. Thanks guys

I've been using a mates Belco trailer that he bought 10 years ago. He keeps it outside and it is still going strong. He has never had an issue and nor have I. Thought it was time I bought my own and after researching all the other makes did not hesitate to pay the extra and go with Belco. Helpful sales staff. I visited factory and got a tour and was shown how they built their trailers. Excellent product and good people to deal with.
