I went for a regular breast screen test this morning, however the first time in NSW. I googled the centre to get the address and noticed the only review was a negative one, so I decided to open a google account purely to give a review. I found both staff members very friendly and professional and I will definitely go to this centre again...Yes it is usually a bit uncomfortable getting your breast squashed in a machine but that is the case regardless which screening centre you go to.

At my appointment I was welcomed at reception by a lovely friendly informative lady. I thought this will be ok. But then to my shock the women who xrayed me had a very unpleasant disposition and attitude. She was rough and did not care when I said my breast was hurting in it's position before the xray. She should be replaced by a person who likes there job and other people on this earth. She did not wear gloves. I could not wait to get out of there away from her and the pain. I will never ever step foot back into Tweed hospital BreastScreen with that women working there. Plus I have and will continue to tell all women DO NOT GO TO TWEED HOSPITAL TO HAVE A BREASTSCREEN please please go somewhere else. J Cooper
