I bought my Valk electric bike in on a Saturday afternoon with a pedal crank that was loose. Being a Saturday afternoon, he couldnt look at it until Monday. But when I explained I use the bike every day, he took the bike in immediatley and fixed it on the spot. I was so happy because I had already visited three different bike shops earlier the same day and they were all too busy. I really appreciated that he considered my circumstances and made room for me. I will always come back here for any bike repairs, sales and service.

Great place to buy a bike in any price range. I have bought my 3 bikes ( 2 mountains and a road bike) in the past 14 or 15 years ago and had always had a very good outcome and experience. From price to accessories and any questions ask, they where willing to answer. A professional service team who, always gave me the best advice.

Purchased a bike of Hung back in June, he has gone over and above to help with anything that I require. Hung knows I live in Berwick and makes himself available to fix any niggle at a drop of a hat. Contrary to the keyboard warriors quoting absolute rubbish reviews about this business I would not go anywhere else for all things bikes! Hung and his wife are absolute superstars
Fantastic bike shop! Very pleased with the wonderful service. I don’t take my bikes anywhere else. Churn is super knowledgeable and an absolute gun. The entire staff are super nice and friendly. Keep up the great job guys. Hoa
