Couldn't recommend Patricia and the team more highly. They measured on the Monday, installed Wednesday the following week! Patricia actually talked me out of using a more expensive stone as she thought the cheaper one would look better in my kitchen space and she was RIGHT! I absolutely love my kitchen benchtops by Polygramm. Couldn't recommend more highly. Fast, efficient and honest - people who actually do what they say they will.

They are lucky to get one star, this is for the experience to get the benchtop. Missing four stars as 1. Two of the employees advised us u would not see the end panels when having a waterfall. 2. We ordered splashbacks using our offcuts, we are still chasing these and they will not supply us with an address to collect. We have paid for the stone. 3. the workmanship on the mitre is poor (photos attached) Its sad to see the response saying we were demanding things for free. We don't appreciate the twisting of conversations or making up things to cover yourselves as it is quiet disturbing and very unprofessional. We are not playing the blame game or being immature... attached is some photos of the workmanship that is yet to get rectified. Its now in the hands of DBDRV. As per our contract the goods fail to be of acceptable quality ... fixing these issues will fix the waterfall issue as verbally advised. I do hope we can rectify the issues before it goes further so the review can be updated and that we can get our offcuts in a timely manner.
Great product along with customer service. Quote was quick, followed by David and Imran visiting for a measure up and within a week we had the kitchen bench installed by them both. Looks awesome and would highly recommend.
Very professional with organising quotation. Workmanship was excellent even during challenging installation. Also Melbourne stone followed up prior to arrival keeping customer informed of scheduled installation. Would recommend them to family and friends.
Outstanding sales and service from Patricia who gave me the best deals for the best stone. Can’t believe the amount of money and time I have saved. Shout out to Mel for delivering the stone and arranging the installation. Some of the highlights are: Slight changes on the stone measurements - at no extra cost. Early delivery and Installation of the stone, allows me to arrange plumbing to be done before the holiday. And also, Mark is a very professional stone mason, really knows what he’s doing. Thank you very much !!

Extremely happy with our beautiful stone benchtop from Polygramm! Angie from the showroom was quick to reply to our online enquiry and then when we visited the showroom, she was super helpful in assisting us, we had no hesitation in purchasing our benchtop from them. The communication with their stonemason, David, was timely and everything organised sooner than we expected! Imran and his colleague then came to install our benchtop. They involved us every step of the way to ensure it was as we wanted it and the result is stunning. We are so happy we decided to go with Polygramm, they have done an amazing job. Highly recommend!!!
David has done few jobs for me. He is always easy to deal with does quality work and in time.
