I have dealt with Leanne at Customer Service twice and she is an excellent communicator. You have to expect to order on line these days , go thru the right channels and order thru their website ! No problem for me.

I've dealt with Tinco on two occasions. The first time I dealt direction with the GM and had a great experience. The second time I dealt with their customer service team. I emailed an order and was then advised to complete it online. I signed up and completed the order which took over 2 weeks to action. When the order was sent they sent it to the wrong location, which I then had to resend to a different state so I could receive it. The customer service team then sent the invoice to the incorrect address which I never received, before threatening legal action for the payment. Throughout this whole transaction I attempted to email and correspond with them however they would not respond or acknowledge mine. The invoice has now been paid but I won't dealing with them again.
Very unhelpful Staff refuse to talk to you just force you to use website no such thing as a bit of service here i strongly reccomend using someone else as these people are rude and unhelpful
