Excellent service by Monica. I had ordered the wrong case by mistake (wrong year model). No problem at all. A couple of emails, posted the old case back and a new (correct) case was sent. Easy.

Good old fashioned customer service, I will never buy a case or cover off anyone else, they stand behind their products and are quick to resolve any issues. Really excellent service, which isn't often established until you have a problem and they shone !
My screen cover arrived damaged. I contacted myCaseCovers and within minutes had a reply and a new cover was being sent. The new cover arrived in great condition and is a perfect fit.
Despite COVID the cover & screen protector I ordered (for Mum's unusual older model phone) arrived within 2 business days. Fit perfectly, seem to be excellent quality. I paid 10 for express post..but express post items I've ordered from other Aust outlets recently took at least a week. I'll shop here again.
The case for Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) arrived and I have already used it. Looks as expected, nice finish too. Just hope for a snuggier finish, but a great value for money.

We had to change the order by email after placing it online. They made the change and we received the correct cover quickly despite the postal delays for COVID-19 and it was well packaged. Will definitely buy from them again.
