Steve is a nice guy. But once he has sold you his equipment, you are lucky to hear from him again! I have left countless voice messages, texts etc. So now I have a 1600 system which doesn’t function!

Steve sells counterfeit Dahua CCTV product in the name of OEM branding, serial number will NOT be validated by Dahua. Do not bother getting him for anything to do with security. Please don't waste your time with such installers. He kept the Bosch alarm box in the roof standing upright which should have been installed properly on the wall. His procedures and equipment are not Australian standards compliant.
