I went to see Bradnams off the back of a referral made by a friend who used their products .... and the service I received from Gary was exceptional. Very thorough and knowledgeable and is not there to just give you a quote but create an experience... Reasonably priced too compared to some quotes I had already received. More workplaces need people like Gary working for them....

Made inquiries regarding windows and Garry attended to our inquiry he was extremely informative and helpful providing detailed information and quote options to meet our needs. He was very polite and understanding and gave insights to other products that are available. It was a pleasure meeting with him, regards Laurie.
I have been installing windows and doors in people’s homes for a long time,and bradnams is by far the most inferior Product I have installed..
I regret to have dealt with this very poor service experience with Bradnams. Never call back pretend to be professional but are nothing of the sort.

Worst ever service would have given Zero if there was an option. They don’t even get back if you have a service issue. Been waiting for 2 weeks had to call again for follow up and still couldn’t help.
After hearing so many horror stories about delays from other company’s friends are using for their windows I was getting nervous only for the guys from the Bennett’s Green showroom to deliver my windows on the day I was told. Apparently this is an AMAZING achievement for the window industry and I have to say the two guys that delivered them went above and beyond with helpfulness bringing them in. Sorry I didn’t catch your names but a huge thankyou to you both !
