Terrible service. They are great if you want to buy a product, but if you have any issues with your business account or want to cancel a contract, they are very unresponsive. I complained and asked for a manager to call me back and that was four days ago. I wont be holding my breath. The Franchise Manager didn't even bother to address my concerns or help resolve my business issue. We will be cancelling all of our Telstra business contracts because of the bad service.

Absolutely useless. I have had multiple contacts with the Centre over the past 2 weeks with no resolution to my phone problems. Antonio Njeim (who was manager) gave out his business card with mobile phone - but said that he ‘didn't answer it’ - and he doesn’t. Nor does he return phone messages. The ethics of this ‘business’ is non existent. The girls on the switchboard are lovely but can only pass on messages. If I ran my business the way they do, I would be de registered and out of a job within days.

Unbelievably TRAGIC service ! Telstra lost our business account user name & password and have been unable to access our system for over 6 months to resolve issues with the 18,000 system we purchased from them 3 years ago! They even denied we purchased it from them. The staff turnover is not helpful in resolving their system failures.

I went into the store face to face and I was buying my new iPhone and they had to order it in but said it would be in on Monday and it’s now Thursday and my phone still hasn’t come and is frustrating me as the lady said I’ll be able to collect my phone on Monday and I have waited more then enough days and they are using the same excuses every time I call asking where my phone is

Alex brooks works as the centre. Don't take your business to these guys, they are hopeless. Alex is a nice guys, the team behind him is inadequate at best!
